TAMI CARDA Usui Reiki Master + Teacher Sound Therapy

Reiki is an ancient Japanese practice of relaxation and healing.

During an 'in person' reiki session hands are laid on a person at certain places (the feet, shoulders, hands, etc) and energy is passed to the recipient. This energy has the ability to provide relief from pain, help someone let go of stress and anxiety and can help stimulate the body’s natural ability to heal itself. 

Reiki also works on an emotional level. As we go through life we collect experiences, and often times, when an experience is traumatic, we hold onto the feeling of that experience. This gets stored in our bodies when we do not process and release it. When we store these negative experiences they can create blocks in your energetic field. Blocks can then show up as both physical symptoms or mental/emotional issues. 

The reiki energy that practitioners pass to you gently moves these blockages so that your body is able to come back into alignment. When we are aligned our bodies are a much happier and healthier place to be! 

A reiki session leaves the recipient feeling relaxed, at ease and rejuvenated. 

A 'distance reiki' session calls upon The Hermetic Law of Similarity which defines we are all connected, as we are all energy matter and part of a larger whole. This principle is used to connect energetically for the session.

Hi I am Tami Carda and I founded Love + Light Energetic Healing in 2020, Peoria, AZ.  Reiki was not something I was pursuing or even something I knew much about as this journey began.  Instead, I believe that reiki chose me.  After my level I and level II attunements I was asked what I planned to do with reiki and I honestly had no idea, this never bothered me though because one thing was very clear, the path I was on with reiki was always easeful, always joyful and was clearly meant for me, so I intended to just keep flowing along.  I received my level III, master certification in Usui Tibetan Reiki only a short 6 months after my level I.  From the moment I started this process I was 'Girl on Fire'.  I have found my soul's truest passion in energy healing.  

I stepped into the role of teacher  and have again felt my heart sing.  I love sharing time, knowledge and energy with those interested in supporting themselves and others through the practice of reiki.

In 2021 I relocated to Brandon, SD where I am living my best life.

In 2022 I was again led into a new passion.  Sound Healing.  I love combining energy work and sound therapy.  It is my happy place.  I work with Crystal Singing Bowls and Koshi Wind Chimes.

This was my first experience with reiki and I was blown away by how relaxed and balanced I felt during and after the treatment.
Tami is someone you can fully trust with your energy and your healing. Everything she picked up on was spot-on. She always made sure I was comfortable and communicated clearly about what she was doing and what I would experience.
